Flowering in October is this vulnerable rated plant, Apocynaceae
(Asclepias concinna) – a periennial herb found in the KZN Midlands through to Maclear in the Eastern Cape.
It is potentially threatened by afforestation and rural settlement. It reaches about 325mm high with thin hairy leaves and about eight green and purple flowers which appear from now until December.
